Our client, an electro-mechanical manufacturing business, seek to appoint a Hydraulics Fitter to assemble and carry out testing for their diverse hydraulics focused product range. The appointed Hydraulics Fitter will have an engineering qualification, at least two years post qualification work experience, an analytical mind, be confident carrying out assembly activiies and have some exposure to test. Hydraulics Fitter - Role and responsibilities - Mechanical Engineering / Electrical / Engineering / Testing / Hydraulics / Pneumatics / Electro-mechanical

* To assemble hydraulics equipment
* Follow engineering drawings for multiple different products
* Maintain and inspect any test equipment used to ensure it is in calibration and also in full working condition
* Assemble prototype / pre-production units for the use of verifying a concept / design

Hydraulics Fitter - Skills and Abilities - Mechanical Engineering / Electrical / Engineering / Testing / Hydraulics / Pneumatics / Electro-mechanical

* HNC in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a practical engineering role post qualification
* Able to read engineering drawings
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Good working knowledge of electro-mechanical hydraulics equipment
* Self-motivated with good practical skills/knowledge. Excellent attention to detail
