About Our Client:

Our client is a well-established organisation in the manufacturing industry. They are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join their team in Ledbury.

Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate loading and unloading of goods, matching all relevant paperwork
Report any suspicious activity related to company's freight and assets
Follow established procedures for storing and rotating stock
Notify Warehouse Supervisors of any damaged or missing goods
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the warehouse environment
Adhere to workplace health and safety rules when handling goods
Ensure efficient operations by complying with operational procedures and schedules
Assist with warehouse inventory controls using a hand-held scanner
Handle materials and products with care and concern at all times

Essential (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience):

Must hold a current counterbalance certificate
Preferable to have a current VNA certificate or be willing to train for it
Experience in a fast-paced storage and distribution environment
A willingness to learn and ability to problem-solve
Good communication skills and an effective team player
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
