We’re seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to oversee MEP coordination, installation, and commissioning on a large scale commercial development based in North West London, for a leading Main Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the mechanical services delivery across multiple project stages — from design review through to commissioning and handover.

Coordinate closely with electrical, architectural, and structural teams to ensure fully integrated building services solutions.

Review technical submissions, drawings, and specifications for compliance and buildability.

Manage subcontractors and suppliers to maintain programme, quality, and cost targets.

Attend client and site progress meetings, providing technical input and reporting updates.

Oversee commissioning activities and ensure documentation and O&M manuals are completed to standard.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Building Services Manager or MEP Manager, ideally within main contractor or client-side environments.

Strong mechanical background (HVAC, public health, plant, and energy systems).

Sound understanding of electrical systems and overall MEP integration.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Relevant mechanical or building services engineering qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree).

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid beneficial.
