Join a passionate team at the forefront of supporting survivors of domestic abuse. We're looking for a dedicated Domestic Abuse Practitioner to help empower individuals, promote safety, and build resilience across our community.

What You'll Do:
Provide one-to-one support and advocacy for survivors.
Carry out risk assessments and create safety plans.
Connect clients with vital services - legal, housing, health, and more.
Deliver training and raise awareness around domestic abuse.
Keep accurate, confidential case records.
Work closely with partner agencies to strengthen support networks.
Contribute to team meetings and service improvements.
Stay up to date on legislation and best practices.What You'll Bring:
Fluency in a South Asian language, French, or Italian is essential
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Experience supporting survivors or working in a similar role.
Strong understanding of domestic abuse and its impact.
Excellent communication and empathy.
Confidence working independently and in a team.
Solid IT skills, including case management systems.
Knowledge of local support services.
