Our client a well-established and respected logistics provider, delivering reliable transport and warehousing solutions to a wide range of customers and they are looking for an Administrator to join their busy and growing operation in West Oxfordshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, dealing with customers and all aspects of warehouse administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers professionally via telephone and email.
Process all stock movements accurately and in a timely manner for customers.
Produce, check, file, and maintain warehouse documentation to support stock control.
Sort out proof of deliveries.
Deal with customer queries via phone and email.  
Recognise and respond to individual customer needs in a timely manner.
General admin duties.The successful candidate with have ideally worked within a warehouse admin role, have previous experience of working directly with customers or clients, have good attention to detail, be numerical and be able to work as part of a team.
