Our client, a leading firm in the renewables sector, is currently seeking an Electrician to join their team on a contract basis. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for individuals looking to start their career in the rapidly growing field of renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and maintain electrical systems and components in renewable energy projects
Conduct inspections and ensure all electrical installations comply with relevant standards and safety regulations
Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on-site
Assist in the testing and commissioning of renewable energy systems
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely project completion

Job Requirements:

Level 3 City & Guilds Electrical qualification
Possession of all GWO qualifications
Understanding of electrical systems and components
18th Edition qualification is desirable, but not required
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to travel to the Douglas site or willingness to relocate, with accommodation provided if necessary
Effective communication and collaboration skills
