Your Role as a Teacher Assistant:

Provide 1:1 support to a student within the classroom

Collaborate with teachers and SEN specialists to implement personalised strategies
Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning atmosphere

School-based experience is essential
A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting individual needs
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
