Job Role: Fabric Engineer

Salary: 32k

Location: Manchester

Hours: Monday – Friday 6:30am – 3:30pm / 1:30pm – 10:30pm

A fantastic opportunity for a Fabric engineer has become available to work for one of the UK’s leading FM companies in a commercial office environment in Manchester. On offer is a salary of up to 32k with the opportunity to boost earnings with overtime.

Key Tasks:

* Minor electrical work, general carpentry, door fixing, Painting, Floor tiling, Maintenance of the Building.

* Experience with PPM's and minor reactive

* Must have building services experience.

* Must be Client facing.

* Must have a good attitude to work.

* Some supervising experience
