Our client is a social housing subcontractor who carries out all aspects of repairs and maintenance, this involves voids, planned and disrepair works.

Due to new contract wins, they are recruiting for Multi-skilled operatives to join their team on a temporary basis.

Job role

You will be required to carry out repairs and maintenance work on voids or tenanted properties across the Merseyside area.

To be considered

You must have an NVQ in plastering or joinery.

Be able to carry out other trades such as the above, plumbing, tiling, kitchen and bathroom fitting.

Have your own tools and transport

Be able to carry out a 40 hour week.
