Job Title: Site Engineer (2 positions)
Rate: £350-£400 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: M25 Junction 10
Start Date: 09/06/2025
End Date: 31/12/2025
Hours: 45 hours per week
Overview:
We are currently seeking two experienced Site Engineers for a major infrastructure project located at M25 Junction 10. This is a long-term contract role offering a competitive day rate inside IR35. You will play a key role in delivering works safely, on time, and to specification, ensuring they are completed Right First Time.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out site engineering control and ensure implementation of works in line with programme and specifications

Prepare and deliver Task Briefing Sheets and Method Statements

Set out works from primary control points provided

Contribute to Permit to Dig processes and briefings to workforce

Conduct on-site Safety Inspections and Hazard Identification

Produce setting-out sketches and detailed records of works completed

Compile as-built information for all elements of work

Manage subcontractors' activities and performance against programme

Ensure quality standards are maintained, escalating issues as necessary

Maintain accurate daily records of labour, plant, materials, subcontractors, and outputs

Support a safe system of work on site and uphold health & safety standards
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Engineer in civil engineering or infrastructure projects

Strong setting-out skills and experience using GPS and other survey equipment

Familiarity with Permit to Dig processes and safe excavation practices

Competent in producing Method Statements and Task Briefings

Excellent organisational and communication skills

CSCS card and other relevant certifications
