About the Role

We are a leading fit-out and refurbishment contractor based in Cheshire, specialising in commercial interiors. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, we’re looking to appoint a Project Manager with specific experience in CAT A and CAT B office fit-outs.

You’ll be responsible for managing multiple projects across the North West, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with clients, designers, and subcontractors, you’ll oversee the project lifecycle from initial brief to handover.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate office fit-out projects (CAT A/B), typically valued between £250k–£2M.

*

Lead project planning, scheduling, and site delivery.

*

Manage health & safety compliance, site teams, and subcontractors.

*

Maintain strong communication with clients and consultants throughout the project.

*

Report on progress, risks, and financial performance to senior management.

Requirements

*

Proven experience delivering office fit-out or commercial interior projects.

*

Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regs, and health & safety standards.

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

*

Full UK driving licence.

*

SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid qualifications desirable.
