Due to continued growth, the firm is now seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their friendly and supportive team. Residential Property Solicitor – Glasgow
Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 DOE
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Handling a full caseload of residential property transactions
Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
Ensuring a smooth and efficient process from instruction to completion
Delivering a high standard of service to all parties involvedCandidate Requirements:

A qualified solicitor in Scotland (essential)
Ideally (flexible) 4+ years’ PQE in residential property law
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
Organised, proactive, and able to work independentlyApplications from candidates with fewer than 4 years PQE will be considered where relevant experience can be demonstrated.
