SEN Teaching Assistant

Key responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies tailored to student needs
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that promotes confidence and independence
• Support pupils with emotional regulation, communication development, and sensory needs in both classroom and specialist settings
