Wills and Probate Solicitor

Our client a small and friendly law firm are currently recruiting for a Wills and Probate Solicitor to join their team on a part-time and flexible basis.

The company focus on conveyancing, probate, wills, LPA and tax planning, they try to go the extra mile for their clients and they are big on delivering customer satisfaction.

The role will include;

* Preparation of new wills

* Will reviews

* Lasting Powers of Attorney

* Administration of Estates

* Court of protection work

* Advising on Inheritance Tax

It is critical that the new employee has experience on the above aspects, and is a fully qualified solicitor/lawyer.
