I’m currently recruiting on behalf of my client, a Tier 1 Main Contractor a Senior Engineer for a High Rise -Residential Major Project in the Leeds area.

Salary range £65K - £70K plus package +bonus this will be based on experience

Responsibilities

* Initial project scoping visit and preparation of project scope reports.

* Process calculations and process unit sizing.

* Developing and reviewing construction plans, ensuring they meet required standards

* Calculating costs, preparing budgets

* Overseeing construction activities, ensuring work is carried out to plans

* Ensure that project design checking, validation and approval procedures are followed including any Client technical governance requirements

* Consider all project design development activities including multi-disciplinary interface reviews, ensuring compliance with Client specifications and current regulatory standards

* Specifying temporary treatment requirements to ensure no consent breaches occur during construction activities.

* Respond to engineering queries raised during the project construction stage.

What Do You Need?

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills Ideally you will be able to demonstrate prior experience of problem-solving abilities to meet client specific requirements.

Required: Highrise Residential experience / Main Contractor Experience
