About Role: You will play a key role in ensuring high standards of learning and behaviour, fostering a classroom culture rooted in the school’s values and ethos. Working closely with a highly experienced full-time Teaching Assistant and a supportive senior leadership team, you will be encouraged to share ideas, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to whole-school life.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for Key Stage 1 pupils
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students
Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
Lots of enthusiasm for teaching and commitment to providing the best education for those children.
Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain excellent practice
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early career teacher (ECT), Fully Qualified teacher (FQT), (PGCE), teachers are warmly encouraged to apply
Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to nurturing and inspiring pupils at a crucial stage in their primary education
Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one new DBS.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum across EYFS – KS1 and KS2
