An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading aerospace company based in Alcester. Owen Daniels are supporting a leading Manufacturing businesss in looking for an experienced Master Production Scheduler to join the team on a permanent basis. If you’ve got a background in production scheduling and have worked in regulated manufacturing environments, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role: In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the production schedule to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with teams across production, procurement, and engineering, you’ll make sure resources are aligned and production stays on track. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update the production schedule to meet delivery and cost targets.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure materials and resources are available when needed.
Monitor production progress, identify issues, and adjust plans as required to meet deadlines.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee inventory levels to maintain efficient production processes.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve production scheduling and efficiency.What We’re Looking For:
Experience as a Production Scheduler or similar role in a regulated manufacturing industry (aerospace, automotive, medical, etc.).
Solid understanding of ERP systems and production planning processes.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards (AS9100, ISO9001, etc.) is a plus.What You’ll Receive:
Competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per year.
