About the role

The Recruitment Group are hiring for a Warehouse Operative. As a Warehouse Operative you would be working within a busy food distribution warehouse across both ambient and freezer areas. This role involves supporting the smooth running of warehouse operations by handling goods safely, accurately, and efficiently to ensure timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Picking and packing food products for distribution

Working in both freezer and ambient warehouse environments

Operating warehouse equipment (training provided if required)

Maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity

Following health & safety and food hygiene standards at all times

Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

What We’re Looking For

Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred but not essential

Ability to work in chilled/freezer environments

Flexibility to work either early or back shift

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Physically fit to carry out manual handling duties
