Scrum Master - FinTech | £75,000 - £80,000 | Hybrid - City of London

Are you an experienced Scrum Master ready to take on a new challenge in the FinTech space?

We're looking for a who can drive Agile excellence, coach teams, and help deliver innovative financial technology solutions.

? What You'll Be Doing

Leading and facilitating Agile ceremonies across multiple Scrum teams
Driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of collaboration
Partnering with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence
Removing blockers and ensuring teams stay focused and high-performing

? What We're Looking For

5-6 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience (ideally in FinTech or financial services)
Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) preferred

? What's on Offer

Salary: £75,000 - £80,000
Working model: Hybrid - 1-2 days a week in the City of London office
