The Role

As a Social Worker in our Family Support Team, you will be at the heart of our mission to keep families together safely. We are looking for practitioners who are confident in:

* Managing Child Protection cases with a child-centered approach.

* Navigating Care Proceedings (Public Law Outline and Court work).

* Utilizing a relationship-based approach to support families in crisis.

* You are a Social Work England registered practitioner.

* You have significant experience in statutory Child Protection and Court work.

* You can demonstrate a high level of practice and an ability to adapt to our supportive, family-focused model.
