Milk Education is working in partnership with a supportive and diverse primary school in Liverpool (L15) to recruit a Year 3 Teacher for a full-time position.

The Role:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons for a Year 3 class in line with the National Curriculum

Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

Assessing, tracking, and supporting pupil progress

Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider staff

Maintaining high expectations for learning, behaviour, and attainment

The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK

Experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3 (ECTs welcome)

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Confident, organised, and adaptable teaching style

Passionate about supporting pupils in a diverse school community
