Are you a passionate and nurturing Nursery Practitioner looking for a new role in a welcoming and supportive setting? A well-established nursery in Wolverhampton is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team and provide high-quality care and early years education to children aged 0-5. This full-time position is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about child development and thrives in a collaborative, child-focused environment.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting the daily routines and activities within the nursery setting

Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment

Observing and recording children's development, and contributing to progress reports

Working closely with parents and carers to support children's individual needs

Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging independence

What we're looking for:

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification

Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting

A warm, caring, and patient approach to working with children

Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude

Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
