A leading critical-environment site in Hayes is recruiting a Data Centre Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations within a live, business-critical data centre.

This is a senior shift role with responsibility for engineering supervision, risk management, and client service, ensuring 100% uptime of critical systems and strict adherence to safety, compliance, and operational procedures.

The Role

Lead and supervise shift engineers during critical maintenance and operations
Manage CEWA, Permit to Work, SOPs and EOPs
Act as an HV Authorised Person, overseeing switching and operational risk
Apply CERM methodologies and maintain CERMview documentation
Ensure compliance with RNOW change control and asset management standards
Drive safe working culture, continuous improvement, and service excellence
Build strong working relationships with engineers, stakeholders, and client teams

About You

Time-served Electrical or Mechanical apprenticeship
HV switching qualification / experience (essential)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Proven experience in a mission-critical environment (data centre preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Confident managing risk, people, and high-pressure situationsDesirable:
Experience with CEWA, CERM / CERMview, Permit to Work systems, and complex building services environments.
