Full time position for a dynamic, experienced QS to work across our Contracts Division predominantly on social housing programmes. Opportunity to make a real difference in delivering commercial excellence in this key position.

Responsibilities/Requirements

* Supporting the Commercial Lead in contract cost management

* Production of monthly updated CVRs for each project

* Weekly measurement and valuation validations

* Procurement and management of supply chains

* Maintaining the commercial risk register

* Cost analysis and cost reduction initiatives

* Contract reviews and cost analysis

Location

Based at our Head Office in London Borough of Southwark and liaising with Clients throughout London and the Southeast.

Skills & Qualifications

* Professional qualifications

* Proven relevant experience, with a high level of commercial awareness

* Ability to analyse problems and offer solutions

* Extensive experience in managing supply chain accounts and valuations

* Experience in risk management to support operational teams

* Good communication and problem solving skills

* Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
