Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting a Part-Time School Administrator to work alongside a well-established school in the Cambridge area. This role involves supporting the Office Manager and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.

About the Role

As a School Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

Working closely with the Office Manager to support daily administrative operations
Providing a high level of customer service to parents, staff, and visitors
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Using school management systems (SIMS experience is essential)
Handling enquiries and complaints from parents in a professional manner
Assisting with student-related queries and general office tasksAbout You

Have previous experience working in a school administration role
Have strong administrative and organisational skills
Be confident using SIMS or similar school databases
Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students
