We are supporting an exceptional SEN school in Tower Hamlets that is looking for a resilient, compassionate, and committed individual to join their team as a Teaching Assistant.

The children you will support have profound and multiple learning difficulties and may be non verbal, pre formal, or on the autism spectrum. This is challenging work, but also incredibly rewarding. You will be helping children access learning, communication, and emotional growth every single day.

You will be mentored by an in school therapist, with structured CPD and exposure to a range of therapeutic practices including communication support, sensory regulation, and behaviour development. This school believes in developing its staff as much as its pupils.
