Telesales Executive - Basildon - Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Salary: £25,000 plus commission and discretionary bonus
An expanding and well respected freight forwarding company in Basildon is looking for a confident and driven Telesales Executive to join their growing sales team.
This is a new business role focused on outbound sales and account development across a range of commodities. You will work closely with the Department Head initially, with full training and ongoing support provided.
Key responsibilities
* Making outbound sales calls daily
* Developing new business opportunities
* Building and managing your own sales pipeline
* Quoting shipments following training and guidance
* Handling objections and building client relationships
Skills and experience
* Previous experience in a targeted sales or telesales role
* Confident, motivated, and resilient attitude
* Strong communication skills
* Logistics or freight forwarding sales experience is beneficial but not essential
