Our Bedford based client are currently recruitingg for a Maintenance Operative to carry out repairs and maintain the offices within the building. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.

The role will involve:-

* Professional in both appearance and personality

* Ability to work as a team and on own initiative

* General maintenance competency

* Basic painting and decoration

* Basic plumbing

* Customer service

* Good organisational and communication skills

* Full, clean driving license

* IT literate and able to use email and mobile devices

* Flexible – able to cover site emergencies as required
