Our Client is a leading supplier of Precision Tooling

Working Hours ( 37 Hours plus overtime when available)

Mon-Thurs 0730 - 3.30pm / Fri 0730 - 3pm ( Great for the School run / collection )

Pay rate - Up to £19 pr/hr

CNC Machinist / Time Served Toolmaker

SKILLS

* Turning, Milling and Grinding

* Fanuc & Heidenhain controls

* Self-inspect tools to drawings prior to final inspection

* De-burr tools to remove sharp edges

* Recording of work information/data to help monitor costing and efficiency

* Multi-man between machines

* Ensure traceability is always maintained on the appropriate Tools, Materials & Paperwork

* Maintenance on machine i.e., remove swarf, check safety features, keep oil and coolant topped up

* Comply with health & safety requirements to perform job safely and complete training as necessary
