Customer Service Role – Big Impact, Big Personality Needed!

£30,000 - £35,000k + bonuses for every 5-star review

Loads of potential to progress

If you’re the kind of person who thrives on solving problems, loves a bit of pressure, and has a cool, confident phone manner – we want to hear from you.

This isn’t your average, headset-on, copy-and-paste kind of customer service job. We’re after someone who’s switched on, organised, and knows their way around a logistics or scheduling puzzle. If you’ve worked in a fast-paced operations coordination or planning office before – even better!

Oh, and this isn’t a call centre
You’ll be working in a traditional office setup in a brand-new, purpose-built facility designed to support the way the business works – calmly, professionally, and with the space to get stuck into your day without someone breathing down your neck.

What’s the job?
You’ll be joining a small, tight-knit team at the core of a buzzing business – the kind of place where what you do genuinely matters. From day one, you’ll be taking around 25 customer calls a day – a mix of easy-to-solve queries, common complaints the business has got well-oiled fixes for, and the odd trickier situation that needs a steady hand and clear thinking.

While there’s a lot of email inbox management involved too, about 99% of complaints are repeat issues we know inside-out – so you’ll have templates, workflows, and the team's support to help you knock them out quickly and confidently. It’s a role that really plays to people with backgrounds in customer support, planning, logistics, and strong scheduling skills – someone who understands how operations coordination works in real time.

This role would really suit someone who gets how things move, what can go wrong, and how to explain the solution calmly and clearly over the phone. If you’ve worked in planning before, you’ll be right at home.

Why this team matters
Customer Service here isn’t tucked away in a corner – it’s right in the middle of Operations, so you’re supported by the people who can make stuff happen. And the work you do? It directly impacts the Trust Pilot reviews – so it’s taken seriously across the whole business. Whether it's scheduling deliveries, managing logistics hiccups, or helping with internal planning, your work has weight.

What’s changing?
We’re currently rolling out a new AI-powered phone system that’ll take care of the really basic, repetitive queries – giving you more time to focus on the calls that need your attention and skill. It’s here to make your life easier, not harder. You’ll still be the voice of reason when things get tricky – particularly where logistics or operations coordination challenges crop up.

What’s in it for you?

* £30-35k basic salary for the right person with relevant experience in planning or scheduling roles

* Bonus for every 5-star Trust Pilot review that names you

* Clear progression path – people in this team have moved into ops leadership, projects, and more

* Proper support from a business that backs its service team – especially where logistics and operations coordination are concerned

* Get involved in the AI rollout and help shape how we handle service going forward

You’ll smash this role if…

* You’ve worked in customer services, logistics, scheduling, or operations coordination before

* You’re confident on the phone and stay calm under pressure

* You’re great at following a process, but not afraid to take initiative – particularly when it comes to planning

* You’re hungry to grow with a company that’s going places
