About the Role:
Construo Recruitment is working with a respected main contractor to recruit a skilled Estimator to join their commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to support a growing pipeline of construction projects across a variety of sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare accurate cost estimates for tenders and live projects

* Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare quotations

* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive prices

* Work closely with project and commercial teams to ensure accurate handovers

* Contribute to value engineering and cost-saving solutions

* Maintain and update cost databases and tender documentation

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry

* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing

* Excellent analytical and numerical skills

* Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel

* Strong communication and teamwork skills
