Job Title: Support Worker / Care Assistant – Learning Disabilities & Autism

Location: United Kingdom (Multiple locations available)

Job Description:
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers / Care Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and related support needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care, meals, medication, and daily routines

*

Support individuals to develop life skills and independence

*

Encourage participation in social, leisure, and community activities

*

Maintain accurate records and follow care plans

*

Adhere to safeguarding, health, and safety standards

*

Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and professionals

Requirements:

*

Mandatory health care trainings completed

*

Updated DBS check

*

Right to Work (RTW) in the UK

*

Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities/autism

*

Flexible to work shifts (days, nights, weekends, sleep-ins)

Desirable: NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care, UK driving licence
