We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly team at a school in Peterborough. This is a permanent part-time, term-time only role, perfect for someone looking for daytime hours and a rewarding role within a school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with the preparation and serving of school meals (no cooking involved)
Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas
Washing up and general cleaning duties
Supporting the team in ensuring all food hygiene standards are metRequirements:

A valid Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Friendly, reliable, and a strong team player
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
