Our client, a family-run business based near Ware, is seeking a Digital Printer & Finisher to join their energetic team. As a digital printer & finisher you will be in the busy print room, printing and producing bespoke products for our clients.

The successful candidate will be required to work onsite 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday but needs to be flexible for possible earlier/ later start and finish. This role is offering a competitive salary of £30,000 depending on experience.

Due to the location of our client, own transport is required.

Role Involves:

* Ensure clients orders are finished in line with company lead times.

* Complete customer requests within company lead times

* Maintain print/cutting equipment

* Ensure Print Room is kept tidy

* Complete daily department report

Skills:

* Microsoft Software knowledge – Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe Cloud.

* Committed to company growth

* Reporting skills - need to be able and willing to report back to management

* Ability to prioritise workload to maximize effective use of time

* Team Player - good communication skills

* Ability to work under pressure

* Presentable, Literate, Articulate & Personable

* Willing to go the extra mile with a positive, "can-do" attitude

* Previous experience of working with industry standard large format printing machines
