HSE Manager – Night Shift | Construction Site | Liverpool

We are urgently seeking an experienced HSE Manager for night shift work on a major construction site in Liverpool.

Location: Liverpool

Rate: £450 per night (Ltd company only)

*

Shifts: Night shift

*

Start: ASAP

*

Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)

Key Responsibilities:

*

Manage all Health, Safety & Environmental aspects during night operations on a live construction site

*

Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks

*

Ensure full compliance with UK HSE regulations and CDM 2015

*

Lead incident investigations and support closeout of corrective actions

*

Promote a strong, proactive safety culture among subcontractors and site teams

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as an HSE Manager on construction projects

*

NEBOSH Construction Certificate or Diploma (or equivalent)

*

In-depth understanding of UK construction safety legislation

*

Strong communication and reporting skills

*

Able to work independently during night shifts

*

Must operate as a Limited Company and hold appropriate insurances (including public liability and professional indemnity)
