The Opportunity
Working on a growing contract valued at £14 million this year and projected to reach £20 million next year, you'll be an integral part of a long-term, high-profile programme focused on improving social housing across London.
As Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be solely responsible for planned maintenance works, including:
Kitchens & Bathrooms
Doors & Windows
Roofing & External Decorations
SHDF (Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund) Upgrades
With last year’s contract value at £9 million, your role will directly support the commercial success of a high-growth portfolio with real social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Full commercial management of planned works from inception to final account
Subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments
Cost reporting and budget control
Client liaison and reporting
Ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the social housing or property services sector
Strong understanding of planned maintenance workstreams
Excellent commercial and communication skills
A proactive, hands-on approach
