Location: North London

Salary: £42,000 per annum + Yearly & CQC Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Healthcare Clinical is recruiting a Registered Manager for a reputable care provider with over 90% of their homes rated "Good" by CQC. They offer the highest standards of residential and dementia care. The Registered Manager will manage the elderly dementia care home with 20+ residents, providing respite, dementia, and residential care.

Registered Manager Duties:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring safe, effective care

Protect residents from harm and abuse

Manage risk for service users

Ensure proper medication management

Conduct quality and safety checks

Handle MCA assessments and DOLS applications

Assess and meet residents' dietary needs

Promote social activities

Registered Manager Requirements:

Must be a CQC Registered Manager
