SparkED Recruitment are seeking dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistants who are looking for ad hoc supply, short term or long-term positions in the Milton Keynes area.

Requirements:

* Have a passion for working with children with SEND

* Have experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant, supporting children with SEND in a school setting

* Experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant with children with ASD and speech and language difficulties

* The ability to build rapport with the child and be able to respond to the child's individual needs

* Follow directions from the class teacher, SENCO, and other members of staff
