We’re seeking a talented Sales Executive to join a thriving commercial team in Worthing. You don’t need previous insurance experience - what matters most is your sales success, your ability to build relationships, and your passion for helping businesses find the right solutions.
 
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients.
Identify opportunities to grow accounts and secure new business.
Attend client meetings, networking events, and community activities to promote the business.
Provide professional advice and guidance to clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all client information is up to date and compliant.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve branch and personal performance goals. 
Essential Skillset

Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship-building ability and a consultative approach to selling.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
Confident with networking and developing business opportunities.
Willingness to learn and develop within a professional services environment.
