Job Title: Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Hull
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Hours: Permanent days shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) - 4 ON 4 OFF

About the Role:

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled Mechanical & Electrical Nights Maintenance Engineer to join a major FMCG manufacturer operating a high-volume, fast-paced production site. This hands-on, senior role will support the safe and efficient running of both mechanical and electrical systems across the facility, ensuring all machinery is operational and production-ready each day.

Key Requirements

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).

Strong hands-on experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance within FMCG or manufacturing environments.

Experience with PLC-controlled systems and fault-finding is highly desirable.

Must have experience from ideally FMCG or any manufacturing background

Logical, proactive, and able to mentor less-experienced engineers.

Flexible, cooperative, and able to work permanent night shifts.
