Music Teacher – Inspire Creativity Through Sound!
Location: Halstead
Start Date: September 2025 
Contract Type: Full-Time | Long-Term 
Salary: £130 - £250 per day 

Are you a passionate and dynamic Music Teacher looking for a rewarding new role? GSL Education is currently seeking a dedicated Music specialist to join a supportive secondary school in Halstead. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and engage students in a subject that fosters creativity, expression, and confidence.

The Role:

Teach Music across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential for KS5 depending on experience
Plan and deliver engaging, practical lessons that develop students’ musical skills and appreciation
Organise and support extracurricular activities such as school concerts, choirs, and ensembles
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and participation
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support development
✅ What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Specialism or strong background in Music
Experience teaching in a UK secondary school 
Passion for music education and the ability to inspire young people
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
