Job Title: Asbestos Site Analyst
Location: Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Tyne & Wear
Salary/Benefits: £25k - £40k + Training & Benefits

Our client is a UKAS accredited Asbestos outfit, with a strong reputation and busy client portfolio. Due to securing new contracts, they are looking for an experienced Asbestos Site Analyst to cover sites across the North of England and into areas of Scotland, as such, they can accept applicants from both regions. The role will predominantly consist of AIB and thermal work, so previous experience would be advantageous. It is essential that candidates hold well-rounded site experience as well as strong client-facing skills. The successful candidate can expect competitive salaries and benefits packages.

Locations of work include: Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Whitley Bay, Gateshead, Ashington, Hebburn, Sunderland, Seaham, Houghton le Spring, Chester-le-Street, Stanley, Consett, Durham, Spennymoor, Ryton, Prudhoe, Ponteland, Blyth, Cramlington, Darlington, Yarm, Middlesborough, Hartlepool, Stockton-on-Tees, Coxhoe, Bishop Auckland, West Auckland, Crook, Barnard Castle.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Must have existing experience working as an Asbestos Site Analyst
- Will be qualified with the P403 & P404 (or RSPH equivalent)
- Conversant in HSG 248 and UKAS guidelines
- Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills
- Comfortable managing teams of removal operatives
- Keen eye for detail

The Role:
- Working on short to long term removal projects across the North
- Conducting 4 Stage Clearances
- Undertaking personal, leak, reassurance, background and smoke air testing
- Issuing certificates of re-occupation
- Carrying out visual inspections
- Ensuring site operatives work in line with compliance guidelines
- Wearing correct PPE when attending client sites
- Providing detailed advice to clients as well as work updates
- Working to agreed deadlines
