Our client is a well established SEO agency who are now looking to bring in an AI guru!!! This is an intimate agency that isn't too corporate, but still makes a big impact on global clients. As the SEO lead, you will strive alongside the Managing Director to help grow the SEO team and help intergrate AI processes and ideas.

Even though they are a small independent agency they are creating exceptional work which resulted in them winning a European award in May 2025!!

What Will You Do?

As the SEO Lead, you will deliver premier SEO for valued clients. You will also have the following duties:

Spot trends in data to diagnose technical issues. Bring together specialists and create integrated marketing approaches.
Impement AI into the running of the department.
Be confident and experienced discussing AI with clients and the impact it can have.
Bring forward new ideas and stay updated on the latest developments in search.
Develop training plans and procedures to help propel the team forward.
Establish superb working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Deliver measurable results and continue to push the SEO department forward.

What Are We Looking For?

To be a successful SEO Lead you will have the following attributes:

Several years' experience in Digital Strategy and SEO.
Expereince within an agency leading the push with AI.
Happy to roll your sleeves up and get involved type of approach
Agency experience.
Strategic experience in cross-channel digital marketing campaigns.
Forward-thinking and ambitious.
Confident with budgets.
Management experience in Digital Marketing.
Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build outstanding relationships.
