**Key Responsibilities:** -

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Collaborate with departmental heads to optimize costs and manage financial performance.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:** -

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.

Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of financial management software and ERP systems.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

Strong communication abilities, with a capacity to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders. -
