Responsibilities of a Payroll Specialist will include:

Manage end-to-end payroll processes accurately and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with relevant payroll legislation and regulations.
Handle payroll queries and provide timely resolutions to employees.
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure seamless financial reporting.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate payroll records.

A successful Payroll Specialist should have:

Previous experience in payroll ideally in a bureau setting
Proficiency in Oracle payroll software.
Strong knowledge of manual calculations.
A strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
