If so, our client, a leading name in the Claims Management sector, is actively seeking a skilled Credit Hire Recoveries Handler to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Recover repair and associated costs from insurers efficiently, adhering to company guidelines and claims philosophy.
Negotiate settlements with insurers in line with introducer expectations or senior management approvals.
Manage claims throughout the litigation process in collaboration with solicitors.
Initiate and coordinate investigations into liability and quantum.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and correspondence (both written and electronically).
Stay informed on relevant legal and technical developments, including motor case law.
Meet service level agreements and manage personal workflow effectively.
Generate and analyse reports; monitor progress against individual and departmental targets.
Build strong relationships with introducers, repairers, engineers, and insurers, delivering exceptional customer service.
Support colleagues and contribute to other areas of the business as needed.
Familiarity with ABI GTA (General Terms of Agreement) is highly desirable.
