We’re searching for a compassionate and skilled SEND Teaching Assistant who is confident providing personal care, tailored support, and consistent routine to help every learner thrive.

What We’re Looking For:

✅Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Education, or SEND support
✅Trained in Team Teach
✅ Confident working with children with additional, complex, or high-needs profiles in specialist SEND settings
✅ Calm, patient, and nurturing approach to providing individualised care, including personal care and regulated routines
✅ Dedicated to helping children build independence, develop life skills, and feel safe, valued, and supported every day
