Roller Driver needed

P&R Surfacing Ltd are seeking an experienced Roller Driver to join our surfacing team on an ongoing basis from 23rd March.

We are an established and reputable road surfacing contractor delivering high-quality asphalt works across the South West for local authorities, commercial clients and private customers.

The Role

You will be responsible for operating ride-on rollers on asphalt surfacing projects, ensuring correct compaction and finish in line with specification and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

*

Operating roller machinery safely and efficiently

*

Achieving correct compaction levels and finish

*

Working closely with the foreman, paver driver and rake hands

*

Carrying out daily machine checks and basic maintenance

*

Adhering to all site health & safety procedures

Requirements

*

Valid CPCS or NPORS Roller Ticket (essential)

*

Valid CSCS card

*

Proven experience in asphalt surfacing

*

Full UK driving licence beneficial

*

Strong understanding of compaction standards

*

Reliable, professional and team-oriented

A work van can be provided for the right candidate.
