Assist the Centre Manager with the smooth running of the service centre
Help manage workloads, staffing levels, and operational targets
Monitor and control stock levels effectively
Ensure health and safety standards are always maintained
Lead, motivate, and support the team to achieve high standards
Provide excellent customer service face-to-face and over the phone
Maintain compliance with company policies and proceduresCandidate requirements:

Previous supervisory or managerial experience within the automotive or fast-fit sector
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
