Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Tamworth
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30am - 7:00pm

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and customer focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic environment where your communication skills and problem-solving abilities will make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Manage inbound and outbound calls, assisting with order tracking, delivery updates, and general queries.
Accurately log customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Demonstrate strong product knowledge to provide clear and accurate information.
Handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
Adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
Represent the brand positively and uphold company values.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a customer service role-logistics industry experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone manner.
Quick-thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
Comfortable using CRM systems and other digital tools.
Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
Empathetic and patient approach to customer concerns.
